Why Use a Qualified Electrician?
Electrical work in the home is regulated under Part P of the Building Regulations. Certain types of work must be carried out by a registered electrician or notified to your local authority. I'm NICEIC Approved and Part P registered, so all work I carry out is self-certified, saving you time and keeping your home compliant. Using an unregistered tradesperson can invalidate your home insurance and create serious safety risks.
Safety and Compliance
All domestic electrical work I carry out is completed to BS 7671, the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. On completion of any notifiable work, I issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) or Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC), giving you a full record of the work done.
